As a Realtor with Home Towne Realty Clayton East, I serve the Triangle area and Eastern North Carolina. Being a realtor and an ambassador for North Carolina is my passion. I cover a large geographic area from Durham County, where I was born and raised, to Wake, Johnston, and Wilson counties where I have lived and worked all of my life. In preparation for the initial listing appointment, I preform an in depth market analysis of their home, and develop targeted strategies that fit the current market. We will discuss any needed enhancements or repairs necessary to maximize the value of their home. I showcase the home using top notch photographers and social media advertising to maximize exposure and ensure a successful sale. Putting your best interest first is not a slogan to me.
